"We enjoyed a great 5 days at The Sands. The accommodation was spacious enough for the three of us (2 adults and a toddler). "My husband & I stayed 4 days.The apartment was spotless.Beds very comfortable.Small park opposite so not overlooked.Kitchen well equipped although a few dishwasher tablets would’ve been welcome.Nice to have some tea bags/coffee/ sugar & milk very welcome on arrival.The lift goes straight into the apartment.For us an elderly couple it was appreciated although bear in mind there are a number of steps up to the front door,there is a hand rail.The Cliff Railway is at the bottom of the road.Easy...

"The property was perfect for our short stay in Scarborough. It is well positioned and inside it seems more spacious than the online pictures suggest. The apartment is well appointed and positioned close to the sea front and to nearby shops. Finding parking wasn't an issue, even on the busy Bank Holiday weekend and provided an ideal base to explore. "
