Patrizia was an amazing host. She was so friendly and very helpful. She made dinner reservations for us several days. Her binder of information about the area was also very helpful. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We could not have wished for a more beautiful setting. The house is beautifully decorated and includes so many personal touches. The gorgeous flowers, fruit trees and olive trees made the venue absolutely complete. The view from the patio is breathtaking for having coffee or a glass of wine. Restaurant recommendations and reservations were provided by our lovely host. All the bed linens were absolutely gorgeous and personally designed by Patrizia. You will be missing out if this location is not part of your visit to Italy.

This villa is beautiful and comfortable with a relaxed vibe. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy day trips to very beautiful and interesting areas. Every morning it was a dream come true simply looking out the window. Patrizia is most helpful and will connect you with charming local restaurants that are simply amazing.. I absolutely recommend this as your Tuscany destination.

10/10A True Tuscan Experience with Amazing Sunsets If you’re looking for an authentic Tuscan vacation, this is it. The home offered many amenities all while keeping with traditional Tuscan architecture and was decorated all throughout with attractive artwork. Our family of 5 had more than enough room to spread out. Patrizia was a gracious and accommodating host! She made our dinner reservations, recommended things to do and was always available to answer questions. Grazie mille!

Country getaway

We had a great trip away from the hustle and bustle. The villa was very comfortable and had a lot of amenities. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We all wished could have stayed longer. Highly recommend having a car in the area.

Great Tuscan Experience!

This was an amazing place with an even more amazing host. Patrizia was incredible. Super friendly and very available. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect. She was able to acquire dinner reservations at quaint but excellent restaurants throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Very enjoyable experience. 6 stars! (out of 5)

What a great vacation! The property is an authentic villa. Patricia can help you with any local needs you may have--from how to get into Florence with a vehicle, where to park in Florence and avoid the ZTL, to local grocery options, to great recommendations on local and authentic Tuscan restaurants. Staying at Patrizia's beautiful villa was everything we imagined it to be and more! This is a quaint and spacious property that comes equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay! The views from the property are amazing and everything inside and outside is decorated beautifully. Patrizia was the most amazing host, providing us with information on the area and even booking dinner reservations for us. If you are looking for a true Tuscany experience, you will want to stay here!

Spectacular setting offering peaceful tranquility!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous, peaceful, and spacious property. Patrizia is a gracious hostess who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. She even made reservations for us at two amazing local restaurants. Her guidance on nearby wineries, shopping and touring were also incredibly helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful experience

Lovely property only topped by the graciousness of our host, Patrizia. She gave advice, made reservations, made suggestions. She also shopped for breakfast items to stock before we got there…and also shopped for a couple things while there. And one day we came back to a large bowl of delicious hand-picked grapes. House is old but has everything we needed. Slept the five of us Nebraska ladies very comfortably. Kitchen is tiny but we just do breakfast, snack and warm up leftovers. We really enjoyed our time there.

Dream vacation in Tuscany with dear friends!

We just loved the location of this lovely VRBO, just south of Florence 35 minutes. We were up on a ridge with vineyards surrounding us and from our patio we were able to view spectacular sunsets! Our host Patricia was wonderful and was able to obtain dinner reservations at delicious and authentic Tuscan restaurants every evening of our stay! It was one of the highlightsof our trip and discerning tastebuds!

Right in the heart of Chianti region

Had a great stay. The property is lovely and great to relax, rejuvenate, we went for a nice walk through the countryside road and the views are fantastic. Patrizia is easy to get a hold of and very friendly. Always asked if we needed help with reservations, directions or anything. Lots of restaurants close by, our only issue was the language barrier with ordering but that was us and nothing to do with the locals. Place was very spacious for the 2 of us and easily had space for 4 others if families are looking for somewhere.

Relaxing in Tuscany

The villa was beautiful, and a great starting point to explore Florence, Chianti Road, Siena and Pisa. Patrizia welcomed us to the property with some fruit, cookies and wine, made dinner reservations for us, and was very helpful with recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing options! We stayed 5 nights, definitely wish we could have stayed longer!

Tremendously beautiful

What a beautiful setting. Quiet, stunning vistas, quite a bit of space for our family with 2 teens to spread out in, and central to the area. As pretty as it is in the pictures and then some - we would defy come back. Thank you, Patrizia!

Beautiful and peaceful

My husband, 10 year old daughter and I spent 4 wonderful nights at Patrizia’s apartment. It was beautiful! The gardens, outdoor dining area location and view were perfection. The inside was clean, and cozy with a spacious upstairs. The views from the bedroom windows were amazing. Patrizia is the sweetest, kindest host. She helped us many times with reservations and recommendations for dinner. Our favourite dinner of our trip was at the restaurant Patrizia recommended. Thank you so much! Hopefully we can come back again one day. If you’re considering staying here, do it!!

Fun in Tuscany

The house was lovely and perfect for our family. Beautiful scenery in the hills of Tuscany! Patrizia was a great host, very helpful and accommodating, she helped us get a car as well as reservations to restaurants; she also had groceries ready for us! This property was amazing. A beautiful, charming, and quaint farmhouse overlooking the surrounding hills in Tuscany. Patrizia went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had a great stay at this beautiful country retreat the fire place was great and the view was amazing! Loved having a few days down time away from the big cities!.. and Patrize was right next door if we needed anything she helped us make reservations at a really good restaurant nearby .. Beautiful farmhouse just outside Florence

Staying in Patrizia’s guest house was a true pleasure. She is the sweetest host and helped us so much with making reservations and answering any questions we had about the region and getting around. If you want to experience small town and country Tuscan life - this is the place for you! The apartment is very comfortable with three nice bedrooms. Our whole family loved it. Thank you Patrizia!

Florence with family

The home is charming and cozy. Everything was perfect for our stay. Very clean. Plenty of space. I can’t say enough about the service that Patrizia offered. She goes above and beyond what’s expected. She filled our fridge before we arrived, offered suggestions for driving and booked reservations when needed. She was always kind and prompt. We will definitely recommend a stay here and hope to come back in the future. Grazie mille!!!

Beautiful Tuscan Villa

Our hostess, Patrizia, was wonderful. She was very helpful, had lots of information about the area, and stocked our fridge with essentials so we were comfortable from the get go. The Villa was lovely and the location absolutely beautiful as well as convenient for travel into Florence. I highly recommend it.

Little Gem just outside Florence

A charming and rustic villa just outside florence. The perfect blend of quintessential Tuscan countryside and a short car or tram ride into the city center of Florence. We took our 3 adult kids and enjoyed our time taking day trips to wineries, San Gimignano, and Volterra over our weeklong stay. I can’t say enough about Patrizia’s hospitality! She helped with lunch and dinner reservations any time we needed them and even booked salon services for a couple of us! She’s wonderful to work with! AC works well and provided in each bedroom. Beds are very comfortable and Patrizia provided all the amenities we needed including laundry detergent. The only thing I would caution is if you are looking to do some cooking other then light meals, the kitchen is very small and would make it hard to accommodate. We ate breakfast in, but other then that it was either take out or dining out. Thank you Patrizia, we hope to come back some day!
