The flat is on the ground floor and is spread over two floors: on the lower floor there is the living/kitchen area with sofa bed and TV, while on the upper floor there is the double bedroom, the bathroom and a small furnished terrace.

There is a 5-step staircase to access the living room and a second 10-step staircase to access the bedroom.

It can accommodate up to 4 adults, ideal for a family or 2 couples of friends.
