"Lovely hitel in an udeal location, 5 min walk to Windermere Kake and town center with plenty of shops and eateries. The spa is ideal after a busy day out to unwind in. Cosy small double room was also modern and comfy, and a good size. Complimentary Elemis toiletries in bathroom too. We ate at the restaurant onsite which was very enjoyable."

"This is a lovely hotel in a great location. My room was gorgeous and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years, as the room is sound proofed. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Just a few things to be aware of. This hotel is quite expensive to book, and it’s a little cheeky they charge an Additional cost for parking, £25 for the night. "Beautiful location, views are stunning on the outside terrace, rooms are lovely whilst small has all you need although would suggest a mirror on the dressing table. Breakfast was lovely, drinks very reasonably priced with a good selection and lovely welcoming staff. "

"Stayed for 1 night end of December really close to the main road where all the shops and restaurants are and only about 15 mins walk to lake front. Definitely recommend "
