"The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

"Don’t trust the shuttle, I waited more than an hour and wound up taking Lyft for $27. Even pulled the driver over and he told me it was the wrong shuttle. Beyond frustrated "

"I informed staff my room had ants for 2 days and there was someone else’s dirty towels in the corner( which were not picked up by day 3) The elevator was on its last leg. The coffee and water in the lobby was nice-nice seeing security there at night"

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the layout of their own overall & the bathroom. Staff were attentive & friendly. The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. The walls are rather thin, and I heard a lot of intimate moments, showers, toilet, flush, children, running back-and-forth. It was very hard to relax. After all of that, there was a charge for...

"The room was nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was low but decent. Breakfast selection was small but tasted good. They offered spinach frittata, French toast, bagels, toast, cold cereal, sausage, juice, tea and coffee."

"I wasn't excepting much when I saw the photos of this hotel but I still booked. It was my first time here. The front desk staff, Nilsa, she provided awesome customer service. The room they gave was beautiful, compared to the ones on the photos. As for the rest of the hotel, very limited slot machines. The restaurant was not good at all. The cafe was not good either, their oven was bot working and were not serving any hot breakfast. So that was very disappointing. I will wait to come here again...

"Inicialmente parecia muito bom, já tendo uma decepção ao registrar onde fiquei sabendo que os quartos de não fumantes são mais caros, desanimando muito. Ao chegar no quarto piorou, pois o cheiro de fumaça misturada com perfume estava muito ruim. A cama muito velha e barulhenta, com uma depressão no meio. Já o café da manhã nos surpreendeu, suco, café, 3 tipos de pães e uma máquina de Wafle. Tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo"
