"The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

The floors in the room creek with every step both in the room and in the room above the room. You could easily hear people walking back-and-forth. "I wasn't excepting much when I saw the photos of this hotel but I still booked. It was my first time here. The front desk staff, Nilsa, she provided awesome customer service. The room they gave was beautiful, compared to the ones on the photos. As for the rest of the hotel, very limited slot machines. The restaurant was not good at all. The cafe was not good either, their oven was bot working and were not serving any hot breakfast. So that was very disappointing. I will wait to come here again...

"This property was horrible. The staff customer service sucks. The water don’t work, the rooms doors don’t lock, they have broken tv’s and management is horrible. I would not recommend this hotel to no one."

"Inicialmente parecia muito bom, já tendo uma decepção ao registrar onde fiquei sabendo que os quartos de não fumantes são mais caros, desanimando muito. Ao chegar no quarto piorou, pois o cheiro de fumaça misturada com perfume estava muito ruim. A cama muito velha e barulhenta, com uma depressão no meio. Já o café da manhã nos surpreendeu, suco, café, 3 tipos de pães e uma máquina de Wafle. Tudo muito bem arrumado e limpo"
