The Space:

Palmera Tropical is built around the connection between indoors and out. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the living room to a private terrace, bringing the tropical setting and coastal air into the main gathering space.



The terrace includes outdoor seating and a private plunge pool, with room for breakfast outside, a break after the beach, or an evening drink as the daylight changes over Sayulita.



Inside, the kitchen, dining area, and living room share an open layout that keeps everyone connected. The bedrooms remain separate from the main gathering area, providing privacy for couples, friends, or a small family.



Palmera Tropical accommodates up to four guests:

Caivama's hillside setting offers a different perspective on Sayulita. It remains within walking distance of the beach and town while sitting above the busiest streets.



Beyond Sayulita, the Riviera Nayarit includes beaches, coastal villages, hiking trails, and seasonal whale watching.



Getting Around:

Many guests walk between Caivama, downtown Sayulita, and the beach. Caivama occupies a hillside setting, so routes around the property and town include slopes.



Street parking is available near the property. Caivama does not provide on-site parking for cars or golf carts, and golf-cart charging is not available within the community.
