"We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. If you are noise sensitive, I would recommend bringing some ear plugs, as the street can be noisy at times (I believe there is construction going on in the area st the time of our stay). "This is the perfect spot to explore this town. Most central location you could ask for and the balcony is perfect for sightseeing and people watching. Everything was perfect, clean and simple. Host was great, kept in touch and took great care of us. Very secure location, felt safe the entire time. Will definitely be back ! "

"When searching for a place to stay in Sayulita for 3 weeks, we were looking for a pool, ac, a location that allowed us to easily walk into town but was separate from the chaos, in an authentically Mexican styled building. We got all that and more. Xochitlan does a great job of combining modern amenities with Mexican charm. "The unit was right next to noisy washer & dryer that seemed to be being used a lot. Ants on kitchen counter. Air conditioning worked well. Shower had great heat. Location was pretty good"
