"Great condo. It’s small, but perfect and had everything we needed. No AC but we were there at the hottest time and they do have fans. Open up the screen door at night and it cools off. Wonderful location. We would come back."

"This place is a studio condo on the second floor of a three floor building (meaning there are people above and below you) the condo is pretty standard for vacasa properties: clean and as described but minimally equipped: kitche. was missing some basics (like a cutting board, etc) but still totally functional and as described in the listing. i would note that the fireplace was out of order and while it’s. it listed as a vrbo amenity it is still in the photos and property description the condo...

"This is our second time staying here for our yearly sun valley ski trip. It checks off all the things. Price is right, location is awesome, super clean and stocked kitchen (could use a crock pot) If it’s available I would book this place every year! Do it, book it now because it won’t be there when you come back to it. Thanks"

"Compact, well equipped, and nicely decorated."

"Everything was great. Went during summer and one day temperature drop to 30 degrees and wished there was a real fire place or wifi. Gladly my pho e always had service and the cable tv was provited. Made a reservation for a few days and was able to extend it very easily over the phone. I loved Idaho. It’s dog heaven and pne of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been in the US. Thank you for everything!"

"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Location was perfect. A short walk to the Lodge. A must stay during the fall as well to experience all the beautiful colors. Thank you host! "

"We enjoyed the proximity to the sun valley lodge. The place was the perfect size for the 2 of us and close to Ketchum. Not very close to the ski bus route with ski boots but easy drive to river run and warm spring for that matter which to me has better parking. Very comfortable lodgings and well equipped"

Not only is it the perfect location, but the simple layout with one great room and individual bedrooms made it perfect for our trio. Communication with the host was simple and Ketchum never disappoints. "
