Huckleberry Hideaway is a newly renovated, centrally located off-grid cabin just steps from the Savary Island General Store, pub, local gift shop, cafés, bike rentals, and the seasonal farmer’s market.
Surrounded by forest, the cabin offers direct access to scenic walking trails that lead to Savary’s stunning white sandy beaches and spectacular ocean views — all just a short stroll away.
Inside, cozy bedrooms with comfortable mattresses promise a restful night’s sleep, and screened windows keep the fresh air flowing while the bugs stay out. The newly renovated kitchen features a gas stove and everything you need to prepare meals, or you can fire up the BBQ for relaxed outdoor dining.
The cabin’s sunny forest setting provides both privacy and beautiful natural light. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the refreshing hot outdoor shower. Unwind on the expansive decks with a cold drink, lounge in the Muskoka chairs around the fire pit, or sway in the hammock under the stars. Deer often wander by, and there’s plenty of outdoor space for children to run and play.
Though off-grid, the cabin offers modern comforts including municipal water (no well water), a septic system, and solar power.
Well-mannered pets are welcome for an additional fee (please inquire for details and conditions).
