Just steps away from some of the best that Savannah has to offer in dining, entertainment, and nightlife, this second floor apartment is perfect for a romantic weekend getaway. Enjoy all the comforts of a hotel room with experiencing Savannah like a local in this charming apartment.

The bright, open floor plan of this property flows from the combined living space with dining nook into the fully equipped kitchen. White washed cabinets and appliances lend an airy feel to the space, while offsetting the stunning honey-stained hardwood floors. You’ll be hard pressed to leave the comforts of this home-away-from-home, including the queen-sized bedroom with its soothing, neutral palette and whimsical artwork. The beautiful wood floors continue into the en suite bath, which has a shower/tub combo and vanity.

Get your day started at Java Burrito, an affair of brunch, coffee and tex-mex cuisine. After venturing out for lunch, take in the shopping on nearby Broughton or enjoy the cafes and local music venues on River Street. You'll be less than a 15 minute walk from every destination you wish to reach in the Historic district!

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

Wonderful apartment with all the amenities for basic cooking, two TV's nicely decorated. Garage was a bit tight, but who else provides a garage in downtown Savanah? Perfect location. Bed was pretty firm, but once settled in we slept great. l would highly recommend this place.

Pleasant place

Place was clean and well equipped. Concerns were 1.) it was difficult to understand access to the space. Code didn’t work, some of the other instructions were unclear. And 2.) coffee packets would have been very welcome and appreciated.We loved the location, it was clean, quiet and pleasant. Our visit was very short so we didn’t need all the amenities but we appreciated that most of them were available. Our location was walkable to every place. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Great location.

Great location but people kept coming and going into the garage and the apartment as they pleased. The door code did not work so we just used the garage but I got the feeling that garage code doesn’t get changed often. The stay was fine but did not feel secure. The door from the garage to the apartment could use a lock.

Great location with parking

Great location within walking distance of River St and plenty of restaurants. Communication with host easy with a prompt response reguarding door code not working. Garage on smaller side and low clearance vehicles will have difficulty with entrance. Also, house not that sound proof and could hear people outside most nights. It's an excellent spot for a long weekend in Savannah. It's close to downtown, and the tourist traps of River St. The garage is a huge perk.

Very nice!

Location was fantastic! Accommodation was beautiful but in dire need of a new mattress! Rolled to the middle without trying! The couch is aged but okay. Everything else was perfect.

Great location, lousy bed

The most important part of a condo/room, is the bed, and this property failed the test in a huge way. A lumpy double bed does not cut it! When the owners replace this bed with a new king, or even queen, that is firm, I can recommend the property. Until then, avoid this property, unless you want a back ache.

Perfect location

My husband and I went for a quick trip for his birthday. This was the first time renting this little spot and it was perfect! The location was close to everything. The environment was comfortable and just right for the 2 of us and you don’t have to look for parking because it comes with a one car garage. We will stay there again in the near future. Just to add to the great stay, Lucky Savannah property management is always there to answer your questions.

Few major problems with the apartment

We were informed by the property management company before we arrived in Savannah that the washing machine in the apartment was broken and would not be replaced while we were there. This was TOTALLY unacceptable!! We never would have rented the property if we knew there would be no washer. We were never offered a credit of any sort on the booking because of this either. Also, the unit comes with a garage underneath for one car. You can't get in the garage without scraping the bottom of the vehicle! We noticed planks off to the side that someone may have left, but we had an SUV and the front shield scraped so we had to put the car in a public parking garage and pay for the overnight stays. The garage entrance either needs to be fixed or it should not be advertised as being available. Lastly, the tv in the bedroom shows dark shadows only on most stations. We were very disappointed with these issues and though the property management company apologized because it was outside their control, that didn't make us feel any better. A credit for lack of the washing machine and the need to park elsewhere should have been offered. Will not rent this apartment again and will try not to rent from Lucky Savannah in the future.

Convenient Location

The apartment had many positive qualities. The garage was a big plus. We have an SUV and had no problems with the size of the single car garage. The location was within walking distance to downtown. The only negative was the mattress. It is drastically in need of replacement. It is so bad that it doesn't allow for a restful nights sleep. You get the sense that you are falling to the center. Overall, the unit was great, i would stay again, if they replace the mattress! 5 star would get that!

Great place to stay

This place is a hidden gem. It is close enough to the waterfront and restaurants to walk to, but it is away from the main area which makes it a nice quiet spot. The garage is a great feature by not having to pay for parking. If I return to Savannah I would stay here again.

Great location!

We stayed here for 3 nights. I can say the location is amazing. The garage is an awsome feature, even though our vehicle scraped the pavement going in, there was no noticeable damage done. The couch was older, but not unbearable. The bed was comfortable to me. The only issue we had was the washing machine would stop mid-cycle, and we had to start it back up manually. But we were not there long enough for that to be a major concern. Never had to call maintenence to our room. The shower was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. You have to pull out on the knob to start the water. All in all it was a plesant, convenient stay.

Great place for two. You can walk to River Street. You are right at Broughton Street. Clean and comfortable. Regular coffee pot. Very quiet in the evening. One car garage let us park our 2 motorcycles under cover instead of the street. Luck Street responded quickly when the lock would not open. Got us in through the garage. We went on to eat. Lock was fixed when we returned. We will be staying again.

Almost perfect

The apartment was exactly as described. Location was great! Having an attached garage was awesome! The bed and couch both left much to be desired. The mattress sagged - so we did not sleep well. The couch is worn out and didn’t provide comfortable seating. The TV in the living room was standard definition and the TV in the bedroom was probably a 22 inch screen.

Good Times

EXCELLENT location. We tripped and fell into so many historical sites when we were on just a walk to familiarize ourselves with the neighborhood. Kitchen, air conditioning, shower, and apartment conditions were all good. The garage was great but tricky to get in and out of without scrapping the bottom of the car. Move slow.

The apartment was we well stocked with the necessary things, kitchen, bath and bedding. Things are a little dated, sofa and mattress in particular but were at no time distracting from our visit. Be aware there ate stairs to the apartment but they did not intrude at all on our 6 night visit. The location is good for those who are not afraid to use their feet to get around. The included parking was great. We will stay here the next time we visit the beautiful city of Savannah.

Very Satisfied

Our 5th stay in Savannah. Location: Perfect, easy walk to river, shops, restaurants (there’s a nice coffee shop/ restaurant just 30 paces away). Digs: Very clean and comfortable, no surprises! Parking: A real joy having garage in the same building which, by the way, was easy to enter with my Subaru Outback. Other reviewers complained about their cars bottoming out when entering, but Outbacks have a pretty high clearance. Would I return? Enthusiastically!

Excellent Place & Great Stay

Property located on edge of Historic Savannah, two blocks from Bay St. and half-block from E. Broughton. Single car garage included which was a big benefit. One warning about the garage, it has a short and steep ramp into the garage that might cause a low riding car to drag it's bottom. Facilities were well maintained and in great condition. Included everything one would need for a week long stay. Check-in and check-out were very straight forward and easy. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Savannah.

Perfect location!

This cozy little apartment was is in the perfect location to enjoy The Savannah Historic district. We parked our car in the garage under the apartment and walked everywhere for the entire time we were there. The bed was very comfy, but the couch could stand to be replaced. All in all, I highly recommend this property for one or two travelers.

Great little place in perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Place is cute and clean and the location was perfect- very walkable to all the best places, but on the edge of everything so quiet as well. NOTE: if you use the garage, it really is steep, and scraped the bottom of my car, which is not lowered in any way. We discovered after entering there is wood in the garage closet to use as a makeshift ramp.
