Your group will be able to walk to all the downtown Savannah, Georgia tourist destinations from this home. This 3 story historic house has 4 spacious bedrooms each with a King size bed. The main floor has a living room, powder room, kitchen and dining room leading to a perfect walled private courtyard with ample seating for your group to relax. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms and one bathroom, the 3rd floor has the third and fourth bedrooms and another full bathroom.

This home was originally built and owned in 1856 by James Pierpont who is famous for writing "Jingle Bells".
This is a 3 story historic townhouse (no elevator) so please be aware this is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
Parking is free on the street and no decal/permit is required in this area. Sorry but pets are not allowed at this home and smoking of any type is not permitted.
