This 3 bedroom 3 full bath luxury home has all the historic charm with modern luxury and a large heated spa/pool in the private courtyard! The beautiful tree lined street of Oglethorpe Avenue steps you back in time with moss draping from the branches of live oaks, brick pathways, and the famous squares of Savannah surrounding the home. You can also bring your fury friend as The Three Sisters welcomes pets 35 lbs and under!

The first floor features two living spaces, a large kitchen, formal dining room, and access to the private backyard with plunge pool. Upstairs, three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has a King size bed, with an en suite bath. The other two bedrooms also feature King size beds, sharing a large bath with Jack and Jill doors. An upper level balcony with round dining set can be accessed from this floor.

Three Sisters House is located in the heart of the Historic District, just a short walk to attractions such as the Colonial Park Cemetery, Broughton Street, and City Market.

What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.

*The lot next door to our cherished home, Three Sisters, is currently undergoing construction. Rest assured, our beautiful property remains an untouched retreat in the historic district. While you may hear some construction noise during weekday business hours, it does not impact the charm of Three Sisters.*
