"Accommodations good enough for traveling thru "

"Hot tub and pool were unavailable, room was clean, staff was good, and the breakfast was not quite as good as it once was (I think a few products changed due to availability or price). It was a quick stay to avoid an early morning travel rush, I couldn’t have used all the amenities due to personal restraints and time. A few minor problems like an outlet that didn’t work. "When we arrived, neither the outdoor or indoor pool was open. We were told it would open at 9pm, it did not. This was also two years in a row that the waterpark wasn't open. Opened up the sofa bed- the mattress was so old, there was no support. The springs were sticking out of the mattress- it was not able to be slept on due to it being that uncomfortable. Tried to call the front desk for more towels- followed the instructions on the phone to reach the front desk, but it would not go...

"If you need a place to sleep then it’s ok but was much worse then when we stayed two years ago. Not very clean or well kept."

"Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout."

"The room was spotless, smelled wonderful and was nice and cool on a hot day. We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and I was able to move around the room easily. The bathroom was huge with an accessible shower. They offered what looked like a great breakfast but we needed to leave. We will absolutely stay again, highly recommend."
