"We were in town to move my daughter out of college and support her in the Pittsburgh marathon. Due to the marathon, I assume, the downtown Pittsburgh hotel prices for night were extremely high, so we stayed at the Wexford which was off 79 a few exits from the city, It was right off the exit which was great. "The place was clean and everywhere smelled fresh. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was mediocre at best but staff kept things filled and clean. The pool is nothing special but again, it was clean in that area and well maintained. It's the perfect place when you aren't booking for amenities but booking because you need a clean, nicely maintained place to stay while you're traveling."
