"If a home can be spacious and cozy at the same time, this is it. It's the wet season, so there were some puddles in the yard to navigate, but the lights, windows, and forest backdrop in the backyard made for a relaxing and romantic vacation. The combined kitchen/dining areas gave us plenty of space to cook meals, and we mused that this would be perfect for a group of friends. Tons of cute towns within short driving distance, the few times we decided to venture out. Our hosts responded quickly...

"We had a wonderful stay at this home. We frequently stay at vrbo homes as a family of 5 and typically search for rentals that are an experience on their own. Every time we stay, we try to find a listing that will provide a new experience and feel immersive. This retro chalet fit the vibe check. It was a cool, funky, 70s cabin that felt authentic. We enjoyed playing with the nostalgic board games and relaxing on the deck. My kids aged 4-8 loved it as well and found the loft to be a fun and unique...

"Very cozy cabin close to hiking trails, Jim Thorpe, & Lake Harmony. Hot tub & Sauna were very relaxing. Beautiful get away in the woods! We saw deer & wild turkeys taking a stroll down the street on the 1st day and deer in the yard everyday."
