The villa is ideally located only a 10-minute walk from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the vibrant main strip of Playas del Coco. In town, guests will find multiple supermarkets for convenient grocery shopping, as well as a wide variety of restaurants offering everything from Italian cuisine and wood-fired pizza to burgers and local dishes. The closest supermarket is just around the corner!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a double-door refrigerator, oven, stovetop, range hood, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. For your convenience, a washer/dryer combo is also included. A dining table for four makes mealtimes easy and enjoyable.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
