Kevin (concierge) and Maria (cook/housekeeper) were both great; Kevin answered questions about the area and made recommendations for us while Maria prepared a wonderful breakfast each day and kept the villa clean. "We had an amazing trip!! Norma is the absolute best and every meal she made was so good. We used the golf carts to get to town and the beach club and we used the transportation arranged by Katya to explore further. The catamaran and river tour are an absolute must. "Abigail is a great host and quickly resolved any issues that came up. Very Clean. Quiet. The bar behind the hotel has music late, but became background after a bit. The BEDS ARE THE WORST! They are like sleeping on concrete. This is my only complaint. Spend some money and get new beds! Also, air conditioners need replacing. They stayed at 23 no matter what temp you put it on. Bit hard for sleeping when it’s hot all day. "
