"There were a few small things missed by housekeeping, like the paper card holder at the edge of the bed...easy to miss. The rest of the place was spotless. I couldn't figure out the phone and someone was there to explain it to me in 5 minutes. The wifi didn't work but they had phone tech support. The south side has some noise from biplanes taking off. The other side was quiet when I stayed there before. Staff is excellent. Nice walking area. It's my favorite Vancouver hotel with the best view,...

"We live on campbell river and love visiting and staying at this resort. Amazing staff and beautiful grounds. My only feedback would be to change the music outside and at the sunset grill, it was terrible. Lol"
