The space
Our Beautiful Attached Guest Suite Awaits You. This fully-equipped, one-bedroom and one-bathroom suite with a private entrance is perfect for your next adventure. With a 2-burner stove top, microwave oven, coffee pot, large fridge, and all the necessary cookware and silverware, you will feel right at home. We also provide essential toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience.

Located in the heart of Sarasota, our guest suite is just a short distance from Sarasota's top attractions. Siesta Key Beach, St. Armands Circle, and Downtown Sarasota are all within a 10-15 minute drive. Sarasota Bay and Marina Jacks are only 3 miles away, and you'll find some of the best restaurants and grocery stores are within a stone's throw.

This room is part of a charming three-unit home, and we currently have another unit being rented on the property. However, you will have complete privacy in your attached guest suite, with no access to the rest of the house. There are no interconnecting doors between this room and the rest of the house which ensures complete privacy.

Enjoy a relaxing stay in our beautifully decorated and fully equipped guest suite, which features a private entrance and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Other things to note
To get to your private entry suite you will be required to walk around the house on a sidewalk. There is no entry through the front door. Hopefully, you will enjoy this! If you have any questions about it please let me know!

Please note that there is NO thermostat in the unit. We have recently installed a brand new AC unit. We will keep the AC at 75 during the day and drop it to 74 at night during the summer.

We do charge a pet fee, so we please ask that you please ensure you've selected the correct number of pets when booking which will automatically apply the pet fee. We expect all pets to be kept on a leash in the yard and all waste properly disposed of. Pets should be left in crates when you are not on the property. If you are staying for an extended period of time (over 7 days), please inquire prior to booking for a discounted pet fee.
