"The property was clean and tidy. Amenities were supplied, good atmosphere. Close to many things. A little scary when you pull in but realize that you are staying in a condo, not at the Ramada. Nice peaceful waterfront room."

Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! "Condition and cleanliness of the property were excellent. Location was great. Owner communication was clear and prompt.There was some confusion about pool access from the listing. Instead of four units sharing two pools, signage on the property showed three units share one pool and the second pool is not shared.Overall, we greatly enjoyed the property and location. "

"Could have been a little more clean, there was sand still around places. Otherwise a good place to stay for a short stay. Didn’t like that we have to pay for laundry and difficult to try to check out and set up laundry beforehand. Otherwise good. Communication with manager was amazing super responsive and quick. "

"This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet....

"Very nice and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Sarasota! My favorite was the Nespresso expresso maker. And I loved the idea of having a washer and dryer in the unit… we didn’t have to take home dirty clothes. There were also beach chairs, and an umbrella to use at the beaches. Other amenities included a steamer, iron, coffee maker, and everything you needed for your use. Lovely place to stay!"
