Enjoy this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom upstairs apartment. Only 2 other smaller units share the heated pool. Complimentary parking. Peek a Boo Views of Sarasota Bay from the sun room and beautiful, newly remodeled accommodations!

The Space:
Bedroom 1: King sized bed, sleeps 2, TV, en suite attached bathroom with shower. Walk in closet and reach in closet.

Bedroom 2: 2 Twin beds. Sleeps 2. Walk in closet.

Living room: Sleeper sofa bed. Sleeps 2. Also there is a 70” smart TV.

Kitchen: full kitchen with a dishwasher, disposal, range, microwave, and fridge freezer, as well as a toaster, keurig, and more!

Laundry room: washer & dryer. Please bring your own detergent.

Linens and towels are provided.

Foldable beach chairs are provided.

Swimming pool is 5 steps outside the front door, and heated.

Parking is 10 steps outside the front door, on the driveway. No extra charge.

WiFi is provided. No extra charge.

Guest Access:
Once inside the building, you will go up the staircase and the front door to the apartment will be in front of you. There is a keypad entry on the door to the building and your private front door to your apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Siesta Shores is located in Sarasota, Fl. It is on the very last street before you go over the bridge onto Siesta Key. You can walk to be beach in about 10 minutes as well as many shop, services and restaurants!
The Frog Hop bus will come pick you up too!

Getting Around:
Free parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway.
Easy to get around: drive, walk, Uber, rent bikes or a golf cart, ride the Siesta Key trolley or Frog Hop bus.

Other Things to Note:
There are stairs at this listing. We do not allow pets or smoking (inside). All guests must be registered by providing their full names. ID is required to be sent to the host once a reservation has been made. No parties allowed. Quiet time 10pm - 8am. No additional guests without prior arrangements with the host.
