**BUYER BEWARE** PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
The experience at this stay was horrendous and that is being kind. Upon arrival to the property we were greeted by having to clean up dead cockaroches, cover dirty couches with blankets and clean up globs of hair. After reaching to the host about it, she dismissed us saying that she walked through the property herself which we later found out was a lie because she was traveling as per the local authorities.An hour later, we had to kill more cockaroaches then woke up to more the next morning. After contacting the host, she REFUSED to give us a refund which resulted in a 2 hour phone conversation with VRBO. We had to then gather our things within 10 minutes and forgot some electronics and food behind. Realizing and turning around to retrieve them, she changed the pin and locked us out. We had to call the local Police Department and file complaint to which she stated "they wanted to leave and im out 2000 dollars so I will keep their things" without the refund we had to go and rent ANOTHER property to finish out our stay in florida and had to be out 200 dollars in groceries and 200 dollars in electronics. This host has no buisness renting property to patrons. She tried her best to ruin my bachelorette weekend, so save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere!!
