As a homeowner / investor in properties, I NEVER want to hear that my guests were not happy or satisfied with their stay / vacation. I rented this property to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. Communication from the owner was not good from the very beginning including the day we were scheduled to check in. We still had no checkin instructions 6 hrs prior to check in not knowing if we had a place to stay. Frustrating to say the very least with an 80 year old man waiting to see if we had a place to stay. Then once we received check in instructions and arrived at the property, it was nothing like the advertiised pictures. The house is worn and unkept. The pictures advertised were pristine and beautiful. Some examples of how the property is unkept is the landscaping is a mess from the minute you pull up to the property. Parts of the roof in the pool area are falling down. Missing screen panels allowing an abundant amount of bugs covering the pool area and inside as soon as you open the doors. The grill area is filthy. Rust, mold, and mildew covering multiple areas. The list can go on and on. Just beware before you book. This review is in no way malicious. If I knew the conditions of this property I would have definitely stayed somewhere else.
