Living room with sitting area and faux leather futon with TV and window unit AC keeps the apartment cool and comfortable in the Florida heat.


Kitchen has all the comforts of home for cooking meals. Pots, pans, dishes and silverware. A Keurig for coffee and full sized refrigerator.

A 15 minute car ride will get you to the world famous Siesta Key Beach or Lido Beach. A ten minute walk to local ice cream shops, cafes and the famous Yoder's Restaurant.

When visiting Sarasota, and staying in Pinecraft, the park is the place to be. From this unit you can see the park from your window or have a seat in one of the outside chairs to watch all the activity.
