"Owner communication was amazing. We were traveling by car over 700 miles so we did arrive slightly early and we were allowed to check in. The condo is clean. Well equipped. Some beach toys in a closet that was a nice surprise. Kitchen well equipped, however, very little counter space so it was difficult to prep food. We just used the dining table. The location is perfection. The small elevator is a bit of a challenge and it is very slow but a small price to pay. The pay laundry facility is right...

"Really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, with private beach access and being basically on the middle of the key it was easy to navigate to restaurants using the free Trolley or just driving. There was a small issue with the room being cleaned prior to arrival but the host was very responsive and got it taken care of quickly. The pools on site were always empty, we didn’t end up using them because we were at the beach so much but seemed very clean and well taken care of, if we stayed...

"Very nice location! The pool was footsteps from the condo and very close to multiple beaches. The host was very accommodating and had a closet full of beach accessories (chairs, beach umbrella, noodles, boogie boards, etc.). When I asked about things to do, the host made an extra effort to find out information for us. If I go back to Sarasota, I would definitely rent that location again. Thank you!"

"Great location and beach access- pool is awesome! Unit doesn’t face the ocean, but it’s right there! Very low key- place is very clean. WiFi is spotty and would not be good if you are planning to work while staying- that is an island wide issue I believe- No stove, but has everything else a kitchen needs and a grill- we would come back! "The pictures do not do it justice!!! Absolutely the best place I've stayed in all my stays in SK!! Extremely roomy! The master bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! Lots of extras! The boogie boards, cooler, beach wagon and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our needs! Many games, free items, lots of storage.... The outdoor patio opens straight to the pool which was our favorite! The bay had sightings of manatees and dolphins. A major plus is that you can use the same...
