The living room is large and open, with plenty of natural light. There is also a screened-in lanai overlooking the privately fenced yard and pool. The lanai is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails, and it's also a great place to watch the kids swim. The master bedroom has a private bathroom that was completely remodeled. Two additional bedrooms share a second bathroom. The split floor plan means that the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, providing additional privacy. The garage is not available for parking.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
