We loved the location. The house was very nice. Unfortunately there was not any toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap when we arrived at 7:00 at night. We had to find a grocery store in an unfamiliar area to get supplies even though it was clearly stated that those things would be supplied. We called the next day and those supplies were delivered. Beds were comfortable but pillows need to be replaced. Beach chairs and wagon were available but the umbrella was broken. Rented a pop-up. Internet was very sketchy. On and off a lot. Pool was lovely but never found a pool light. Loved the proximity to the beach!

Fabulous AMI stay

Don't look any farther. This place is practically perfect. We stayed with our 3 boys under 12 and had a great time. My husband loved the hot tub. I was hesitant at first since we usually stay oceanfront but went for it and was not disappointed. Less than 2 minutes till your feet are in the sand. Even with a 4 year old we did not think it was far. This is one of the few streets with no turn around and no street parking so it was super safe. House is just as pictured and had more than we needed. The pool and outdoor tv are great after getting home from the beach. Only negative i have is the mosquitoes in the back yard. I know that they are everywhere because I saw many people with bites. Bring bug spray! We may get a golf cart next time to cruise around, but the free trolly saved the money and stress of finding a parking spot on the island.

This property is in need of some updates! The pool was unusable... the temperature of the pool was 97-99 degrees even though it never got over 80 degrees for the high each day. We were told "that's Florida".... our neighbors pool was a normal swimable temp so not sure how ours was warm due to the Florida sun? Bedding and pillows were not good... pillows were flat as pancakes. The AC also struggled to keep up resulting in an emergency repair call @10pm due to water dripping from the ceiling/ cold air vent. The property mgmt company was very quick to respond and very professional but still disappointing that we had to deal with that. All in all we love the island and will be back but most likely we will not stay at this property.

Beachy

We loved the closeness to the beach, the warmth of the pool on those chilly days and absolutely loved having the bikes. The closeness to the shops and restaurants is a big plus too!! Great stay!!

Location was amazing!

The location was so convenient. It was a short walk to the beach! House was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were amazing! We loved our stay.

Family vacation

House was as expected, not a huge living space so keep that in mind if bringing kids. Pool was nice, and hot tub worked well. Beds could be updated, mattress or box springs were so creaky it was hard to get in and out of bed without our baby waking 😅 Had some broken door handles and a broken grill, but they sent out a maintenance man within 24 hours and fixed everything which was awesome!

Great location, had everything we needed

Really enjoyed this house. The location was A+ as advertised. The house was in good shape, everything well maintained. Accommodations were perfect for two families of four each. Kids had the top floor to themselves, as well as basement area. Adults loved the spacious bedrooms and baths, and well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed grilling out by the pool — Although the pool was slightly smaller than expected. Still great for our purposes. We loved the beach - had not been to AMI before. House contained beach chairs and a wagon, and other items we used. Thank you we had a blast!!!

Amazing location

We loves our stay at Villa Marianne. The house was clean, bedrooms were comfortable, and best of all, it was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants/shops. My only suggestion, is to update pool chairs/umbrellas.

Amazing Location

This place is worth it for its location. When it says 100 steps from the beach, it feels like you’re even closer. We love the quietness of the street. The house could use a few more standard cleaning supplies for your stay, especially a mop. We did encounter a few minor issues with trash underneath the beds that was missed from previous renters and the floors were just not clean and needed to be mopped. Overall, it is a wonderful house, the swimming pool was a private oasis to spend those heated afternoons cooling off in the swimming pool. We would definitely recommend this home to someone and would enjoy to stay there again.

Perfect location

The house was in the perfect location, a minute walk to the beach. We had some minor issues when we were there, but when I called the property management company they came over within 30 minutes to fix the issues. The pool was a little smaller than we expected, however it was still very nice. Our kids loved the game room and spent a lot of time down there when we weren’t at the beach. My only recommendation is to throw away the broken beach equipment and invest in new chairs, coolers and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect! House was cute, clean, and stocked with anything we needed for cooking and beaching. The wading pool / hot tub went mostly unused for our crew. Would definitely recommend!

Good but not great

The overall space was great and we loved how close it was to the beach! Kitchen, living room and bedding were extremely clean. And the house was well stocked with what you will need. I docked a star bc the check in process was a pain. Multiple codes didn't work and we had to call the office and try upwards of 10 times to get in the house. After we entered we found excess sand in some of the bedrooms, a few lightbulbs out, drawer handles missing, kitchen stool that seems to be broken, trash was not taken out on the pool deck, and the game room was really not usable bc it has no ac vent down there. All those things are small inconveniences, but added all up was the reason for 4 stars

Wonderful Place to stay

We've been coming to AMI for over a decade now and it just gets better each time. This house is on a very quiet street just steps to the beautiful beach. We had our 2 adult children and their spouses and kids and we were very comfortable. Beds are super comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Management is super fast to respond, when we arrived the Propane tank to the grill was empty and within 20 minutes we had a new one delivered. Overall the Best vacation and accommodations. This next comment is completely out of managements control and in no way effects my 5* Review of this property but I do want to warn future guests about parking. There is only room for 3 SUV or large vehicles in the driveway so if you have anymore cars you are going to have a very hard time parking. We had a Photographer come on Sunday to take beach photos and we had no room in our driveway so she had to park next door at a new home construction site(no workers were there on Sunday) and it was only for 30 min and we even put a note saying she was a photographer and was only going to be there for 30 minutes and she still got a ticket. So just beware as I've never seen the parking police be so strict and quick to hand out tickets.

Nice home but dirty and maintenance issues

The home is nice well decorated and in a great location. We showed up and the air conditioning had a leak and there’s water all over the front entrance. There was apparently a water issue on the lower level as well as there were stains on the ceiling and ceiling drywall laying on the sofa. The leaks were never properly cleaned, and there is some terrible smells of mildew. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets that weren’t even rinsed off trash laying around the house. To me, it looks like the management company doesn’t pay much attention and the cleaners do a terrible job.

Perfect beach house

We loved our stay! The house is so close to the beach. The house was beautiful and we also enjoyed the pool. There were so many little perks that really helped us out. Baby gates, beach chairs, pool toys and a beach wagon. My only critique is when you spend this amount of money, leaving an extra role of toilet paper in each bathroom would be expected. That was not the case.

Family vacation

Great property. Only issue was the pool level access room was not air conditioned and very dark. The dark blue color made us not want to use the room. The outdoor shower was not enclosed. It would be nice for privacy when coming back from the beach. Picture shows a brighter color for outdoor and pool level room, We would rent again. Had a great time.

Awesome Week

We had the best week. Any issues were resolved quickly-our pool heater wasn’t working at first. The place had fabulous amenities. Our family loved the pool area and the outdoor dining. Plenty of toys to enjoy but would love to see the wagons replaced as the front wheels are broken and hard to use because of that.

Villa Marianne

Perfect location, wonderful home, easy and clear check in/out instructions! We would definitely book this property again and/or book through Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. The only thing I recommend is to book chairs, tent, coolers and wagons early as there were none on property to use.

Annual Family Florida Vacation

This vacation was all that we could have dreamed of. The house itself was perfect. There were a few cleaning issues that I didn’t address with the owners only because I know in todays world it’s hard to find people to work and the ones that are are busting butt. I would highly recommend this rental to families with kids of all ages.

Perfect family vacation

Everything was wonderful! The kitchen is stocked with everything you need! The beds are comfy and the beach supplies are abundant! The very short walk to the beach was so easy on the very quiet street. No public parking allowed! This house was perfect for all of us!
