Beach Escape is an amazing luxury home one street from the sugary white sands of Anna Maria Island Beach! This beautiful luxury home boasts balconies, a large heated private pool with spa, lushly landscaped grounds and five bedrooms to offer plenty of space for an amazing beach vacation!

The main living area features a spacious open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, flowing into the dining area and then the comfortable family room. The dining table seats 8 guests. Additional dining can be found on the pool patio where an outdoor dining table can accommodate up to 4 guests. Then there’s a wall of glass sliding doors at the back of the home, which provides tons of natural sunlight and extends the living area onto the deck overlooking the pool. On the main living level (2nd floor) there are 3 bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and an additional full bathroom. On the upper living level (3rd floor) you’ll find the master with ensuite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a huge walk-in shower.

The lushly landscaped backyard offers a peaceful area to relax by the heated pool with spa. Amenities include an outdoor shower, comfy couch seating and a gas BBQ grill for outdoor cookouts.

The location of this home is perfect as well! It is located on the north end of the island and is just a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The restaurants and shops on Pine Avenue are very close by, as is the Rod N Reel pier for happy hour and manatee watching. Everything is short bike ride away or you can hop on the free Trolley to get up and down and everywhere you'll want to go on Anna Maria Island as well.
