Take exit 205 onto Clark Rd./SR 72 heading west toward Siesta Key. After approximately 4 miles turn right into Swift Rd. After 0.2 miles turn left into Constitution Blvd. After approx. 1-mile turn right into Lusitania Dr. You will see the home on the right side of the road. It is the first house on the right.

Parking is available on site for a maximum of 2 cars in the driveway. Parking is available on the street. The garage is not available to guests.

The open-concept living spaces are designed with vacation relaxation in mind. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a comfortable seating area with a TV and a fireplace, while large windows create a bright, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with modern high-end appliances including a gas cooktop and ample counter space — perfect for preparing delicious meals or enjoying takeout from nearby restaurants. The open concept lets you entertain guests at the counter or in the adjacent formal dining area. A half bathroom (powder room) on the first floor offers convenient access from the common areas.

The home has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool area, and its ensuite bathroom features a free-standing tub and a walk-in shower. The other bedrooms, with contemporary design and thoughtful amenities, are on the second floor. One has an ensuite bathroom; the other two share a bathroom accessible directly from one bedroom and across the hallway from the other. One bedroom has a trundle bed that pulls out, ideal for younger guests. Two of the bedrooms open onto the balcony, where you can enjoy views of the river and pool area with a cool drink from the nearby fridge.

Step outside into your private paradise — a pool area that truly defines the Florida lifestyle. A sparkling pool beckons for refreshing dips under the warm sun, while the adjacent hot tub offers a relaxing haven for unwinding in the evenings. Great views of the garden and river are enhanced by the oversized screen, which gives the area an even more spacious feel — there's so much space you can even play cornhole inside the screen without worrying about evening mosquitoes. This remarkable home has a gas BBQ for grilling, and a commercial-grade ice maker to fill your glass or cooler. Beach equipment is provided for trips to Siesta Key and the many beaches in our area.

Accidental Damage Insurance: Accidental Damage Insurance is included within all guest stays at The Bay and Key Collection. On this property, for stays greater than 29 nights, an additional $90 will be due as the current rates are for 29 nights or less. For additional blocks of 30 nights past 59 nights you, will be charged $71.

Guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund for all nights, minus a 10% processing fee.
Guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights.
If a guest cancels less than 30 days before check-in, you'll be charged 100% for all nights.
