Location, Location! Sarasota Rambler Downtown MidMod Stay

Our recently updated 1200 square foot mid-century rambler home is located in the charming downtown Sarasota neighborhood of Alta Vista. It features clean and comfortable amenities including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and contains a split floor plan with the master suite on one side of the home. Bedroom no. 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom no. 3 has two twin beds which are on the opposite end of the home.

Our home has a screened-in lanai, a perfect place to savor your freshly brewed coffee or favorite cocktail and enjoy al fresco dining with your group. Here, you'll find a dining table for 4, along with a comfortable seating area and propane BBQ to make the most out of the Sarasota weather. An outside fish cleaning table and sink and the BBQ is a perfect spot to clean and cook your daily catch. At the end of the night, sit back at the fire pit and talk about your day and plans for the next.

Inside, you enter into the living room with an L-shaped sofa sofa, two tufted side chairs and a 50" Smart TV (Netflix, etc.) for cozy movie nights. There is hi-speed Wifi throughout the house which you can use for entertainment, emails or remote work (400 Mbps). Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx all work great in the home. The cozy and retro eat-in kitchen is clean, organized and comes equipped with all of the essentials, including coffee maker (with filters), spices, toaster, microwave and cooking pots/pans and utensils (no dishwasher).

This single family home is about a 10-15 minute walk to all of the famous shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street and Burns Court, close to Marie Selby Gardens and the Farmer's Market and a short 5-min drive to Marina Jacks. St. Armands shopping, and the powdery white sand beaches of Lido Key and Siesta Key are both about 4-5 miles away. A large full-service grocery store, Publix, is about 200 yards away making it convenient for you to stock up for your stay. The home is situated within an hour of 7 MLB Spring Training stadiums (Pirates, Rays, Phillies, Braves, Blue Jays, Yankees) and within 5 minutes of the Baltimore Orioles facility. Other nearby attractions include Mote Marine Aquarium (4 miles), Sarasota Art Museum (1000 feet), and the world-famous Ringling Museum (5 miles). Centrally located for all Sarasota has to offer!

Please be advised that there are two exterior cameras on the house- above the garage pointing down the driveway and one above the backyard lanai pointing towards the backyard.
