Dine together inside or al fresco, fire up the BBQ, or lounge poolside in your oversized screened-in heated saltwater pool, perfect for year-round enjoyment. The backyard is designed for both fun and relaxation, featuring a cozy fire pit with ambient lighting, Outdoor games for all ages and a convenient outdoor shower after beach days. We’ve also stocked the home with all the beach essentials you’ll need, making your days by the water effortless and stress-free. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you’re just a short walk to a local park with covered pickleball courts and a children’s playground, offering even more to enjoy during your stay. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or reconnect, this home is designed to make your Sarasota getaway easy, comfortable, and unforgettable!

Please note: the 4th sleeping space is detached from the main house and has a full size pull out sofa sleeper. AC, Wi-fi and TV.

Guest access:

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. The private backyard and pool area are exclusively for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Self check-in is available for a smooth and convenient arrival, allowing guests to access the home at their own pace.

Free parking is available on the property. Guests are welcome to enjoy all amenities provided in the home during their stay.

Other things to note:
Please review the following important details before booking:

• No parties or events allowed. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we ask guests to respect the neighbors.

• Maximum occupancy must be respected. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Security cameras: For safety and property protection, exterior security cameras are installed around the outside of the home. There are no cameras inside the house or in private areas.

• Pool use: Guests use the pool at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass in or near the pool.

• Smoking: NO SMOKING IN OR ON PREMISES - immediate $500 fine you will be asked to vacate/ no refund.

• Check-in / Check-out: Please follow the check-in and check-out times listed in your reservation so our cleaning team can properly prepare the home for the next guests.
