Beautiful University Pines Studio in Sarasota

Welcome to University Pines Studio, the perfect place to stay! With a "BRAND NEW QUIET SPLIT A/C and HEATED UNIT" Located in a quiet neighborhood situated in the heart of Sarasota off of University Parkway, it is close to restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores, and has a beautiful park just a half mile away. It is minutes away from Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach, which is voted the #1 beach in the U.S. year after year, 4 miles from the SRQ airport, and is near the UTC Mall, local shopping centers, and Nathan Benderson Park.
This studio has everything you need: a private entrance fenced on the left side of our house, a free parking space in the driveway, a nice backyard with a seating area to help you relax during your stay, and more! Our kitchenette includes commodities such as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, silverware, dishes, glassware, mugs, and more! The bedroom has a TV with high-speed wireless internet (no cable), a Wall A/C unit with a heater, a queen-size bed, and a full-size closet with room to hang clothes on provided hangers. The studio also has a steamer and a dining area with a table and two chairs. The studio has a bright bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh new towels, which are provided along with a starter set of complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper just for the first few days, complementary water bottles in the fridge, along with the provided coffee, tea bags, and sugar.
