"The hotel itself is great. The problem is the staff and housekeeping. One day they simply did not clean the room even though I called front desk 4 times. The first day the bathtub was clogged and it took them 1 h and 30” to send maintenance, I could not leave because it was not possible to have a shower. 6 nights and no vacuuming on the floor. The only lady that was nice was the one at breakfast. The others looked at us as if they were doing us a favor. The worst was this lady named Ashlund....

"Staff super atencioso, hotel muito confortáveis extremante limpo, padrão Brasil. A cama muito confortável, pequena cozinha, café da manhã acima da média. Todos os dias uma pequena surpresa, uma sacolinha com guloseimas pra levar ou cookies ou happy hour. Voltarei com certeza ! "

"The hot tub was green and the pool was in such disrepair it felt unsafe to even get in with chlorine tablets sitting right at the return and the light hanging out by the wire and sitting on the pool edge. With this being the only 2 search criteria I chose it was very disappointing to say the least. Also the room we were giving had a missing smoke alarm the wire was there hanging from the ceiling however. The couch had big holes in the fabric the bedroom TV didn't work and the shower paneling was...
