"I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot. It was beautiful. Room was nice, while the exterior property was covered in lush foliage. Staff was professional and friendly.
One thing to note is that the name of the hotel has changed a few times. Expedia refers to it as "BB Sapa Resort & Spa". It also used to be called "Victoria Sapa Resport & Spa" on some other travel sites. "Estadia muito boa, equipe muito gentil. Ficamos num quarto individual, o que foi muito confortável e valeu o preço. O café da manhã é simples, porém caseiro e gostoso, recomendo.
O único ponto negativo é que ficamos no 5 andar, e a staff parece que mora lá. Todos os dias próximo das 7 da manhã havia muito barulho de porta batendo e chinelo arrastando, o que foi bem chato.
No geral recomendo e voltaria, mas não no quinto andar "
