"This hotel is beautiful inside out. The moment you arrive at the hotel, the lobby was beautiful, clean and greeted with friendly staff. Checking in was easy and quick. We had a family connecting room which was spacious, clean, convenient with kids, and with a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was amazing with variety of delicious food to choose and drinks. The garden and pathways were beautiful and well maintained."

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!).
