"Apesar do hotel não ser muito próximo às atrações turísticas e também não ser ideal para compras, a localização é interessante pois está no encontro do rio com o mar, com uma vista muito bonita. O quarto é muito confortável e tudo muito limpo, especialmente para os padrões indianos. I recently spent over 10 nights at Woodlands Inn, Chennai, and had a smooth, comfortable stay throughout. Although the hotel was fully booked, the staff remained exceptionally courteous, prompt, and attentive to every need. Even the housekeeping and support staff were consistently helpful, respectful, and never once showed signs of complaint — a real credit to the hotel's service standards. The road the hotel located in is small so big vehicles cannot go in easily.
It’s a busy road with locals. There are some restaurants available close by.

"Out of all the 5 star hotels that we have stayed in and around the world, they have unmatched service. Housekeeping, front desk and any service person is always available to attend to your needs. I wonder who the duty manager is, he has trained people so well. They never have said "no" for any of my requests.

1. Add smart tv to rooms. Tata sky is pretty annoying with so many ads

"We had a great time staying at this hotel. Excellent service by all staffs. The food choices were very good for breakfast and dinner. This is one of the best hotel that i have stayed. It is a little on the pricier side but still we worth the stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. I will definitely come back and also recommend to others."
"This hotel is my regular stay when I come to Chennai. You can freely go in and out of Express Avenue, so you can enjoy meals, shopping, movies, etc. regardless of the weather. The hotel staff is very kind and willing to give you advice. I come to see movies during Pongal and am very satisfied because there is a movie theater next door. "The room was extremely small but i stayed because of hotel staff Yuvuraj's hospitality and helpfulness as when my son was unwell due to food poisoning eating from Bukari Biryani, hotel staff Yuvuraj helped very much to bring us to the doctor and patiently waited with us for nearly 3 hours until treatment finished and brought us back.
