"We had a very comfortable stay at the Raintree. The beds were firm and we slept very well on it. The hotel staff were courteous and the service is excellent. I will come back to stay here in future."

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and a great place to relax, with lovely bed linen and a fresh modern feel. "We went there since my mum was getting operated and needed a room nearby. My flight got delayed, they were extremely accommodating in checking in my dad, eventhough I was the cardholder. I did call and let them know about my flight delay. The food was great and room spacious. Staff friendly and courteous."

"At the check-in, the credit card machine was not working. They tried my three cards with no success. Finally the check-in person accepted that there was nothing wrong with all my cards. After we moved in our room, we found out that the TV in the room was not working. They tried to fix the TV and eventually gave up and gave us another room. "

"The staff was very courteous and helpful. The stay too was comfortable and 👍good. . "
