"We had a wonderful stay at Fontana Passion. The lake access was excellent. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the beautiful porches, game room and theater room. Gaylene, the owner, has such great attention to detail and was so helpful along the way. She keeps her kitchen well stocked with anything you need for cooking. "

"We had an amazing time staying at this property. We did the train ride through the mountains, white water rafting at NOC, tried (failed lol) fishing, and we were close enough to make a day trip to Pigeon Forge. The area is beautiful and so quiet. You’re close enough to go out and have fun but secluded and quiet when you come home. Absolutely beautiful and had an amazing time. Thank you so much. "

"The check in was easy, the house was very clean. And everything worked as it should. Plenty of parking space and the gravel driveway was packed enough we have no problem with Harley kickstands but spot bikes may need to use a piece of wood or some of the stepping stones under the car port."

The living area has a huge vaulted ceiling, and that area is sonlarge it's a dining room plus 4 couches and several other recliners and comfy chairs. We've never had a vacation rental with enough room to seat all of us, on couches or at dining tables. House smelled wonderful when we arrived."

"It was a wonderful time and beautiful home. Unfortunately, there was no access to the washer and dryer. Needing it since we used the hot tub with 10 adults. But definitely would go back for a weekend✌"

"The Martin river house is a true gem! Bryn is an incredible host and she made every aspect of our stay special. The decor is stunning and comfortable. From the soft sheets, comfy beds, gorgeous finishes and fully stocked kitchen, no detail has been missed. Bryn has excellent communication skills and made us feel right at home. The house is sparkling clean. We enjoyed listening to the river each morning over a cup of coffee on the gorgeous deck and then ending the day relaxing in the hot tub....

"What a great cabin - when it says rustic, it means it. The doors are different color paints all peeled off, but beautifully stained and sanded down. This optimizes a wooden cabin feel - the chairs, the beds, the tables, even the lamps were made from wood!! So pretty! The kitchen has everything you will need to make dinner for your family. The beds are large and comfortable, plenty of towels. We left shampoo, conditioner, and detergent for the next lucky visitors. We did not use the hot tub...
