"Great house. Three bathrooms for three bedrooms, plus 2 pullouts. Great location near the lake, but not ON the lake. For lake access, you’ll need to go to the public access spot a short drive down the road, or make friends with a neighbor with a dock! Quiet neighborhood. Comfy bedrooms. The pullout couch in the loft is not comfortable, unfortunately. Otherwise, great property. "

"I am obsessed with the property and the bus! My husband and I stayed for a night with our three toddlers while taking a night off from section hiking the AT. We all slept in the king bed in the back which was INSANELY comfortable. The hosts are a super sweet little family. Our laundry was done for a small fee very quickly. "The cabin was exactly as listed! If you're looking for luxury, don't book here! Think of it as a "glamping" experience. Everything you need to enjoy nights by the fire, grilling dinner, trout fishing, hiking, whitewater rafting or kayaking, and just enjoying family and friends with a warm or cool place with a comfortable place to sleep at night. And the location!!! Absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for three adults and two teenagers right on the Nantahala River! We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful weekend visit at the cabin. The views and mountain air were so nice. The cabin is cute and quaint and comfortable. The drive up Wayah Rd is breathtaking of the river! So many waterfalls. We enjoyed fishing and river rafting and sight seeing while there. Be sure to bring what you need or grab on the way in a town since there are no gas stations or stores within 20-30 minutes. "
