Marina D'or Iv Casa 5 - House In Cala D'or

After a day full of activities or a day at the beach, there is nothing like a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool, which can be used by the guests of the house. It is a chlorine pool measuring 7 x 7 metres and has a depth of 1.4 metres. There is also a children's swimming area measuring 3.5 x 3.5 metres with a depth of 0.40 metres. The house has a private garden area, where our guests can also sunbathe on one of the sun loungers next to the house, read a book under the parasol or prepare a delicious barbecue to enjoy on the beautifully furnished porch. The garden is fenced and there are other houses in this quiet residential area. The house has 130 m2 distributed in two floors. Entering on the ground floor we find a large room shared by living room, dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with sofas where you can sit and watch satellite TV (German channels) while cooling off with the air conditioning. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 9 people. A small bar separates this space from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking during your holidays: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher,... In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest the house has 5 bedrooms. The first one is on the ground floor and has a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes the floor. Upstairs we find the rest of the bedrooms. The first one with two single beds, another one with a bunk bed, a third one with two single beds and the last one with a double bed. All bedrooms on both floors are equipped with wardrobes and air conditioning, and some have access to the terrace or balcony. A bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. If you are travelling with a baby we can provide a cot and high chair on request. Cala d'Or is a tourist area par excellence in the south of Mallorca. Apart from having all the services you need for an independent stay, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets,... it also has a great holiday atmosphere to spend an unforgettable holiday. The closest beach to the house is Cala Egos, a small sandy beach with turquoise waters that will delight our visitors. In this area you can find other beautiful beaches such as Cala d'Or, Portopetro, Cala Mondragó,... You can also visit inland villages such as Felanitx and Campos and get to know the local traditions. If you want to play golf you have a golf course really close, only 8.5 km away. The communal swimming pool is always open. The use of the air conditioning is free of charge from 21h to 7h and from 14h to 16h. If you wish to use it 24h, it has an additional cost. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 1 cars. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
