"Es fehlt einem in der Unterkunft eigentlich an nichts. Sehr ruhige Gegend zum entspannen. Sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder. "

"We stayed a week end of sept/beginning Oct 24. We enjoyed the time in the house very much. The house offers 3 spacious bedrooms and one bathroom, so easily for 6 persons. Living area and kitchen are very spacious and bright as well. Extremely nice views and atmosphere from terrace. The house offers brillant peace and intimacy. Everything clean. Perfect walking distance to Cala des Moro. For everything else you need a car what you should have anyway. Would definitely book again! Great stay!"

"Die Lage ist einfach sensationell! Schönes kleines Fischerhäuschen direkt am Wasser. Im Haus sind alle elektronischen Geräte (sogar ein Stabmixer!) des täglichen Bedarfs vorhanden. Den Geschirrspüler würde ich an Stelle des Eigentümers austauschen. Hier hat die Meeresluft mit der salzhaltigen Luft ihr Werk verrichtet. Ansonsten hätte ich mir ein wenig Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine gewünscht. Also Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Nasse Füße wird man wohl kaum bekommen, wenn man sich auf den...

"We (a group of 6 people) had a fantastic stay in „myrenthousemallorca“! It is a wonderful place with great views to the harbour of Cala Figuera! The interior decoration looks stylish/lovely with attention to detail!. The house is very spacious, it is „fully equipped“ with everything one needs for a holiday on Mallorca: parasol, coolbags and blankets for your trip to the beach, all you need for cooking, sufficient dishes and a barbecue grill with all the necessary equipment. "We had a perfect 10 day break at Villa Sylvia. Location is spot on, 5 minutes walk to the Marina, a little further one way to cala egos, 20 minutes walk in the other direction to cala dor. And 5 minutes car journey into Porto Petro. The pool suited our teenage boys great. It’s huge! With a large private garden. The villa itself has been modernised to a lovely standard. "The place was easy to get to from Palma (a couple of straightforward buses). Some local amenities like grocery stores and restaurants were close and of good quality. Greatest thing about it was how close it was to the main beach and easy access to other beaches via bus or your own transport.However, it was disappointing that the water in the house was salty and some of the equipment wasn't functioning when we got there (e.g. kitchen exhaust fan standing fan) but fortunately the caretakers were...
