Set on over 55 acres offering privacy and serenity, our wine country estate will transport you to another time and place. It has been completely renovated while staying true to its 70s roots. Enjoy the sunken conversation pit, a grotto-style pool with hot tub and cascading waterfall. Perfect for large groups who want privacy as well as almost every amenity you can imagine.

The Space:
The style is evocative of the 1970s with a nod to Club Med and the South Pacific islands. The pool is solar-heated from April to October, offering a comfortable swim during the warmer months. Please note that October weather can feel cooler, but we offer a pool heater option for an additional fee to ensure your comfort.

The grounds include lush vegetation and flowering plants and trees along with massive heritage oak trees that overlooks two historical barns and a corral of horses. Enjoy hiking to the top of Mt. Taylor or visit the surrounding wineries in the Bennett Valley while being only a few minutes from Whole Foods and the shops of Santa Rosa or Glen Ellen.

Please note that while the house has been remodeled extensively there are still a few imperfections typical of a house that is over 40 years old.

Guest Access:
You will have access to everything on the property. There will be nobody else on the property during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in the Bennett Valley between Santa Rosa and Glen Ellen. While we are in the country you will only be a few minutes from Whole Foods and many fine restaurants.

Getting Around:
Ride share services are available should you prefer not to drive. Plenty of parking on our property.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that this property is being offered for the first time as a short term rental which makes it a special place for visitors. There are two adjacent properties that can be combined with this house for groups of up to 50 people. Ask for details.
