The Watercolor vacation home, Mykonos on the Gulf, offers an expansive and thoughtfully designed space perfect for family getaways or quiet retreats. The main house features a spacious floor plan with a large double living room, ideal for relaxing and enjoying time together. The full kitchen, equipped with custom finishes and stainless steel appliances, opens to a generous dining area with seating for up to 13—8 at the dining table and 5 at the kitchen counter—creating the perfect setting for shared meals. Guests can retreat to one of three serene, screened-in porches, ideal for enjoying a good book or taking in the surrounding natural beauty.

The first floor includes a luxurious master suite with a king bed and private bathroom. Throughout the home, the open floor concept and premium craftsmanship shine, with three additional master suites featuring king beds and en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bedroom comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a queen bed, a full-size bunk bed, and two twin bunk beds, while a bonus room offers additional sleeping space with two queen bunk beds. The home is beautifully appointed with quartz countertops, wide-plank hardwood flooring, nickel-gap tongue and groove walls, and modern features like surround sound. Large screened porches overlook a peaceful nature preserve, adding to the home's charm. Conveniently located in Phase 3, it's just steps from the famous Frog Pool and only half a mile from the Town Center and beach, making it easy to explore Watercolor using the street-legal golf cart or complimentary bikes.

Nestled beside the main house, the charming 1-bedroom carriage house offers extra space for extended family or group members. With a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and thoughtful amenities, it combines the comforts of home with a touch of elegance. When paired with the main house, this property delivers the ideal blend of luxury, relaxation, and convenience, ensuring an unforgettable stay at Mykonos on the Gulf.

***Watercolor Amenities***
A total of 14 wristbands are allowed for the main and carriage house. Watercolor requires 1 wristband per person.
Children under the age of 5 do not need a wristband. The wristbands will be located inside the property.

Golf Carts: IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW:
-To operate the golf cart, guests must have a valid drivers license and be at least 21 years old.
-Please be aware of the golf cart rules and regulations
-A copy of the golf carts terms and conditions will be emailed upon reservation and will require signatures
**Golf cart rental is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced, a backup golf cart will not be provided. Guest will receive a refund for days golf cart is inoperable. **
PLEASE NOTE - ** FL law states that any underage and/or unlicensed driver of a street legal golf cart is considered a criminal offense and a $500 fine including a possible 60 days in jail. It's a very serious offense for underage/unlicensed driving of a LSV in the State of FL.**
***Watercolor does not allow golf cart rentals from outside vendors. All carts must be reserved through their exclusive vendor Electric Cart Company or offered through the property owner. ***

Watercolor Resort is a family-friendly, 499-acre coastal resort, tucked between the Gulf of Mexico and a coastal dune lake framed by a long leaf pine forest. Throughout the beautifully landscaped grounds, trails wind through stunning parks, green spaces, several pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, boutiques, restaurants, and a private beach located along Scenic 30A. Watercolor boasts five miles of biking and walking trails around the community, including Western Lake, play grounds, climbing structures, basketball court; the boathouse sits on Western Lake and has a park and offers fitness classes as well as paddle boards, kayak's & canoe rentals.

No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.
