The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The interior amenities seemed a little bare bones. There were no cooking things like olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup etc that would have been nice to have. I would stay here again though.

Girls’ Week @the Beach

This house was exactly as stated. Hosts were very responsive before and during our stay. The house was immaculate and beautiful. We love the proximity to the beach and the thoughtful gifts left by the hosts.

Great House in a Quaint Neighborhood

Beautiful house close to the beach, and the main draws of 30a, but still far enough to remain quiet. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked with cooking, sound system was amazing!

Beautiful vacation home!

Loved staying at the Sunseeker! Cleanest rental home we have ever stayed in. Every detail of the house is great. Well stocked kitchen with anything you might need. Great screened in porch for reading and relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

House was perfect location to beach- short walk or bike ride and access point was not crowded at beach. House was very comfortable and perfect layout for our family! Kitchen fully stocked and easy to prepare meals. Great house and vacation!

Enjoyable week

We had such a nice stay at this property. It rained a lot while we were there, but the house was so comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space in the home. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. It has everything you can think of and it is all nice quality. You feel right at home during your stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Seaside Gem!

We’ve come to Seaside a few times now and this is by far our favorite place! Picture don’t do it justice! Large, spacious and extremely clean. Great vacation for our young family and incredible kitchen for making meals. Would highly recommend!!!

Family Trip

The house was exactly as described, and felt as if it was brand new. High-end finishes, plenty of space. Kitchen was stocked. Two wonderful, screened in patios. Neighborhood was private, quiet, with 2 beautiful pools. We rented a golf cart to get around. Parking was plentiful. Had one issue, that was promptly resolved by property management on a Sunday. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing house

Great, new house! 3 min bike ride to the beach

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Sunseeker for her 30th birthday! The property managers were prompt to answer our questions and very helpful. Our favorite amenity of Sunseeker was the screened-in porch (both upstairs and downstairs). We also used the bikes that came with the property to ride to the pools and beach. Highly recommend Sunseeker and Oversee property management!

Beautiful, immaculate home in serene, beachy neighborhood, a very short bike to the beach

This place exceeded all expectations. The house was immaculate. Sitting out on the back porch for dinner and drinks was perfect. Kitchen completely stocked with all appliances, utensils, cookware, etc. The bikes were perfect. We loaded up our backpacks, chairs, and umbrellas and biked the few short minutes to the beach. Super easy, less than 5 mins. We also biked up the road for brunch too. The beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Easy to spread out. We will be back next year, hopefully with a bigger group too! A+++++++++++++!

Wonderful!

We had the perfect fall break at this house! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for our family for the week. Just a short walk across the street to private beach access or a short drive a little further for public access. Seaside was a short 10 min bike ride away and Publix only a 5 min drive. Great location and a beautiful home!

Nicest Place We've Ever Stayed

My large family vacationed together in June 2019 and each of our 4 individual families got a house in the Grove by the Sea neighborhood. The houses vary in size and this property with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths was perfect for our family of 4 . We arrived and I had trouble with the code to get inside (my fault) and called Oversee and got help immediately. We walked in and were in awe of this home. We have always stayed in a condo that is "nice" and roomy, but this property was exceptional (and we didn't need to secure a prized cart to get our stuff inside!). It obviously was brand new. Everything was spotless. We are used to arriving and finding small issues - lights/fans/remotes that don't work, etc, but there was not a single issue. We had trouble figuring out how to operate the tv and then we noticed complete instructions to pretty much everything in the house in a notebook. One of my cousins visited and her house was dated compared to "mine" and she said she'd book this property before me next year, and she better be kidding! This property was in the back of the neighborhood compared to the other 3 that our family stayed in, and I liked that. It was quiet, especially compared to condo buildings. Many residents in the neighborhood live there permanently. I would estimate there was a mile between our two furthest families, but 2 bikes are included with the property and we rented 2 more (bikes delivered before we arrived) to get around. The neighborhood is really nice so it was fun to ride bikes between houses. The "cons" definitely have nothing to do with this house. We have always stayed directly on the beach in condos that have "fancy" pools (waterfalls, etc). The beach is across the street from this neighborhood (easy bike ride), and there are a lot of steep stairs to get to the beach. If you have lots of stuff for a day at the beach, you will likely have to drive a car and drop off your things and return on your bike. We had about 25 people in our party which is a lot of stuff (but lots of people to help). It was not easy getting my elderly uncle to and from the beach. There are 2 pools in the neighborhood and one is very close to this property. The pools are simple rectangles and not very big, so they were a little warmer than we'd like, but the kids enjoyed them at night. This neighborhood is in the heart of 30A activity so the location is great. I'd stay in this property again for sure. Very pleased with our stay and property management!
