Biking and Walking Trails:
WaterColor has five miles of biking and walking trails that wind their way throughout the community. The trails meander through the community’s lush natural landscape and offer scenic views of the rare coastal dune lake adjacent to WaterColor, known as Western Lake. You will also make your way through other community gardens and natural landscapes. The trails are made up of a mix between wooden boardwalks and graveled Pathways.

WaterColor Beach Club:
The newly renovated WaterColor Beach Club is located along the Gulf of Mexico, offering spectacular beach views. On hot days, find a refreshing respite in the club’s pool, or stop by to lounge poolside and enjoy a cocktail and some delicious food from the club’s restaurant. The club features fully-equipped changing rooms with showers and lockers and a pool service area that offers sunscreen, hats, water toys and even chilled towels. Residents can take in a breathtaking gulf view or a gorgeous beach sunset on the club's balcony or beach boardwalk.

Tennis:
Access to WaterColor’s tennis facility is located centrally along Western Lake Drive and is available with your access cards. There are 5 Har-Tru clay courts available including one with stadium seating for viewing. The Pro Shop is onsite and is equipped with everything you need for a great day out on the courts including men’s and women’s tennis wear, accessories, tennis balls, rackets and racket stringing services. The Tennis center is operated by MatchPoint Resorts, which offers clinics, private lessons and hosts other special events throughout the year. I suggest you call the Tennis center in advance with dates and times you prefer to reserve a spot. Guest may only reserve court time 2 days in advance. Facility hours are from 9am-10pm. Beach Shuttle Service/HOA Concierge:
The WaterColor HOA concierge will be running shuttle service throughout the community from March 1st-October 31st. Call 850-420-4650 to arrange for pick up. Reminder, you are a 1 minute walk to the beach from this unit so I would recommend just walking.

Watercolor Pools:
Enjoy access to multiple Watercolor community pools, including the Beach Club Pool, the Frog Pool, The Dragonfly Pool, the Camp Pool and the Boathouse Pool. Access to all pools require the pool passes, which are provided in the kitchen. When necessary and during the cooler months, only the Beach Club pool and the Camp pool are heated. The beach club and all watercolor pools have free wifi available. The network name is the pool name and the password is Watercolor2017.

Beach Access:
You have access to multiple beach accesses. They include the private beach club in main WaterColor, the public Van Ness Butler access between WaterColor and Seaside, and the public San Juan and public Bramble Grove accesses in Seagrove. The closest access to the beach is located between the Beach Club and the WaterColor Inn and the Beachside Condominiums, as well as through the Beach Club. Towels are provide to you at no charge and can be picked up at the Towel Hut which is located right by the Watercolor Beach Club. The phone number to the towel hut is 850-534-5041. I always recommend you call them in advance to make sure you reserve the number of towels that you need.

Bike Barn:
The Bike barn is located in Marina Park and has a wide selection of bikes available to rent should you ever want to rent a bike or bike trailer. The phone number to Bike Barn is 850-534-5959

Playground and Sport Court:
In the Camp District, near the Camp WaterColor pool, you will find a playground with a slide, swings and climbing structures. The par sits next to a half size basketball sport court.

Boathouse:
WaterColor’s BoatHouse sits on the edge of Western Lake next to Marina Park. The BoatHouse is owned by the resort and is operated by Boathouse Paddle Club which offers fitness classes as well as stand-up paddle board, kayak and canoe rentals. The phone number for the BoatHouse is 850-534-5970.

Watercolor Fitness Center: CURRENTLY CLOSED
Enjoy access to the WaterColor Fitness Center located by the WaterColor Beach Club. WaterColor Workout is a state of the art fitness center that has cardio machines and weights and offers personalized training and exercise classes with levels from beginner to intermediate. For pricing and additional information, please contact WaterColor Workout directly at 850-534-5950.

WaterColor has 24 hour security year round. The phone number is 850-685-6362.

Backpack Beach Chairs:
Six backpack beach chairs are in the condo for guest use. They are in hallway closet. Please wipe sand off the chairs prior to storing them back in the unit. Chairs / beach gear cannot be left on the beach overnight. Please remove debris/wipe sand from chairs prior to departure. Lost beach chairs will be a cost $75 for each chair. If you do not wish to use the beach back pack chairs, you can rent chairs at the WaterColor Beach. The price is about $65 per day during the season. Prices there can fluctuate based on supply and demand and pricing is at their discretion.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wifi issues as it’s not guaranteed at the beach. If reliable wifi is a must you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
