Step out of Gulf Mist, cross Scenic 30A, and turn right onto the walking path. Just past The Palms, you’ll reach Pelayo beach access.

Nestled in a charming neighborhood lined with white picket fences and coastal cottages, Gulf Mist offers a peaceful, storybook setting just steps from the beach and community pool.

*IMPORTANT NOTES*
• Parking for 4 vehicles total; 2 per home. No exceptions, as there is no free overnight parking in the area. The only overnight parking is at Grayton Forest, and it is paid parking.
• No pets allowed
• Guests have full access to both homes (excluding small owner closets)
• Golden Sun has three exterior cameras. They are scheduled to be activated in August 2026. They are not facing towards the inside of the house.
