Before you secure your spot at Stayin' Sandy, here’s what you need to know::

• Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a Point of Contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes only.
• Security Deposit: There is a $300 security deposit HOLD (not a charge) placed on your credit card on file 3 days before you arrive. It's auto released 3 days after you depart
• Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 14 guests.
• Pet Policy: Two dogs max allowed with prior approval and a $200 fee/per dog.
• Guest Policies: No smoking, vaping, no parties or events | Please keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM
• Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
• Safety: Pool alarm | Smoke & CO detectors | Fire extinguisher
• Starter Supplies: Toiletries | Paper goods | Trash bags | Dishwasher pods

To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following:
Check-in Time: 4PM
Check-out Time: 10AM

Flexible Options (Subject to Availability):
• Early Check-in (2:00 PM) | Available for a $50 fee (request 24hrs in advance)
Fully refunded if the home is not ready by 2:00 PM.
• Late Check-out (11:00 AM) | Available for a $50 fee to enjoy one last hour of vacation.
