Private pool in screened enclosure which can be heated upon request at additional $30 per day and includes hot/cold outdoor shower. Parking for 6 cars. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach, Seagrove Village Market, restaurants and Seaside. Charcoal grill. Ceiling fans throughout home. Beach chairs provided! Beach Cruiser Bikes available! Please note these are provided FREE to the guest but with beach air and weather they will not be in as good of condition as if you rent bikes from a local store.
First Level: Inviting entry porch with Adirondacks. Front porch with large outdoor adjustable teak dining table seats 6-10. Tile floors on this level. Combination family room and additional dining room with seating for 10 adjoins the large kitchen. Kitchen has granite countertops, gas range, stainless steel microwave, frig with ice maker, dishwasher, air fryer, keurig coffee maker plus drip coffee and 2 sinks. Seating for 6 at breakfast bar. Family room features comfortable overstuffed sofas, side chairs, ottomans, large Smart TV, games, puzzles, and gas log fireplace (decorative only) King master bedroom on this floor has Smart TV private exterior entrance and handicap friendly ramp, and a private handicap friendly bath with pedestal sink and tub/shower. Half bath and full-sized washer/dryer are also on this level.
Second Level: Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors. Large verandah with outdoor seating and a full size FOOSBALL TABLE as well! King master bedroom has Smart TV dresser and private bath with vanity sink and tub/shower. Queen bedroom has Smart TV, armoire and a FULL SIZED BABY CRIB. Kid's bunkroom has two bunk beds with 2 trundles underneath (one used at a time)), plus 2 dressers. Playroom/Office has bunk with full-sized bed on bottom and twin bed on top, TV and wireless high speed internet connectivity. Shared hall bathroom has vanity sink and tub/shower.
Third Level: Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors. King master bedroom features a dressers, large Smart TV and a private bath with shower. This bedroom opens onto a balcony in the magnolia and oak tree canopy which has a spiral staircase to the rooftop gazebo. This spectacular outdoor area is equipped with Adirondack chairs, 2 hammocks and amazing views over the tree tops. Catch the breezes and the sunset.
