This newly renovated, 2,200-square-foot retreat is perfect for family vacations and couples' getaways. With fresh new paint throughout the home and stunning upgraded bathrooms, it features a covered deck and screened-in porch, a wrap-around balcony that makes an ideal sunset-viewing spot, and a third-floor loft that's wonderful for kids. You are just a short walk to the private beach for sunny and sandy adventures and two community swimming pools!

This home is located south of 30A on a partially gated, dead-end street, away from passing cars and within earshot of the Gulf of Mexico. It is an easy stroll down to the white sand beach with availability for beach usage for Ambience guests, and a short bike ride from excellent shopping and dining in the heart of Seaside. Sit down for a delicious meal at the Old Florida Fish House or Cafe Thirty-A (less than a mile in either direction), or take a day to bike to the neighboring communities of Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
